Ace the Role is the app provided under the public business name QTS One; the legal operator for this service is Cecilia Rodica Bacalu-Cerna. This notice applies when you visit the public site, sign in, buy access, create Practice Sessions, submit Practice Answers, receive Trusted Grades, use Reference-Backed AI Feedback, report issues, or contact support. Current legal operator and public address details are listed in the Impressum.

Ace the Role processes the data needed to run the product: email address, authentication and session state, selected Role-Specific Paths, seniority and locale choices, generated questions from the Live Preparation Catalog, Practice Answers, Trusted Grades, feedback text, usage limits, credit and pass status, and support or issue-report details.

Ace the Role uses this data to authenticate accounts, assemble Practice Sessions from published Question Content, provide Reference-Backed AI Feedback, calculate progress, show Clear Next Steps, enforce quotas and abuse controls, process purchases, answer support requests, maintain security, and improve reliability.

When you request grading, Ace the Role sends the relevant question context, reference material, and your Practice Answer to configured AI grading providers so they can produce Reference-Backed AI Feedback. Do not include passwords, identity documents, medical details, or other sensitive personal information in answers.

Stripe handles checkout and billing portal flows. Ace the Role stores billing status, Stripe identifiers, credit balances, purchase events, and access records; we do not store full card numbers. Resend is used for transactional email such as sign-in codes and Practice Data Deletion confirmations.

Ace the Role uses essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in, policy acknowledgement, appearance preferences, billing access, and in-progress Practice Session navigation. The sign-in cookie is set HttpOnly, so page scripts cannot read it, and it expires after seven days. The codebase does not currently include optional analytics or advertising cookies. If optional cookies are introduced, Ace the Role should ask for separate consent before setting them.

Practice history is kept so you can review prior answers, progress, and feedback. Practice Data Deletion removes Practice Sessions, Practice Answers, AI grade history, feedback records, one-time codes, preferences, and daily usage counters from the account workflow, while retaining billing, access, abuse-prevention, and legal records needed for purchases, disputes, security, accounting, and service operation.

You can request access, correction, export, objection, restriction, or deletion where those rights apply. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where required for billing, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
